Sleight of hand to increase fees; lied

Their [off-shore] "customer service" reps lied about how payments would be applied and refused to remove improper fees.
Despite the fact that total balance paid off entirely in a definite amount quoted by their rep, applied payment to a zero interest purchase and actually doubled the rate on regular purchase balance that, despite being paid off, they refused to reflect.
When I discovered their errors and contacted them, a "manager" refused to honor what previous rep said. Refused to remove interest they said had accrued on what should have been a zero balance. Refused to send documentation. Refused to identify full names or locations.
